Flair Policy


Services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability.  A valid credit card is required when booking your appointment. Walk-ins are based on availability only.

Arrival Time

We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time for a consultation necessary to customize your needs.  A profile form is required to be completed for first time clients.  All electronic devices and cell phones must be on silent or turned off upon entering the facility.  This maintains the privacy of others receiving their procedures in our relaxing environment.

Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service.  Your late arrival may limit our ability to guarantee the full experience that you deserve.  Please be mindful that there will be no extension of scheduled services.  The services will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services are reserved especially for you. We require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge. If your appointment is not canceled within this time frame, your appointment is considered confirmed.  No-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. Any changes made after the 24 hour window are subject to a 50% charge for each service that would have been rendered.  This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

Return Policy

All service sales are final.  Any unopened or unused products may be exchanged or given a store credit, within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.  Series packages and gift certificates can be exchanged for credit only to be used toward other services and products.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment.


Specials cannot be used or combined with any other promotions, offers or third party gift certificates.

Health Conditions

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.

Loss or Damage

The company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings or any other articles left unattended on these premises.


All major credit cards are accepted.  We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks.  Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.


Our listed rates do not include gratuity.  A cash gratuity of 15-20% is highly appreciated.  If you feel the service did not meet your expectations, please feel free to inform management. We will do our best to make your experience a pleasant one.
